Sharon L. Lewis

Sharon L. Lewis of West Liberty, KY, passed away Monday, March 21, 2022 at the West Liberty Nursing and Rehab Center, West Liberty, KY, at the age of 74 years and 18 days. She was born Wednesday, March 3, 1948, in Floress, KY, daughter of the late Alka Elam Williams.

She was united in marriage to William “Bill” Lewis. This union was blessed with one daughter, Shannon. She was a retired cook for the Morgan County Middle School for 30 years, was an avid gardener, and loved the outdoors. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her mother, Alka Elam Williams, she was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Lewis; one brother, Clay Aldridge, Jr. (Emily); and one niece, Janet Fugate.

Sharon is survived by her daughter, Shannon Martin (Randy) of West Liberty, KY; one granddaughter, Myranda Jenkins (Josh); three great grandchildren, Ashton Schmalz, Logan Jenkins, and Lily Jenkins; one brother, Dickie Williams (Margaret) of West Liberty, KY; and one niece, Karen Smith of Alabama.

Per Sharon’s wishes, there will be no services scheduled.
