Rita Elaine Brewer

Rita Elaine Brewer of West Liberty, KY, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center, Morehead, KY, at the age of 54 years. She was born Monday, July 17, 1967, at Troy, OH, daughter of the late Carl & Mary Watterly Williams.

Rita was united in marriage to Matthew Brewer. This union was blessed with three children, Carl, Brandon, and Elizabeth. She was a homemaker, devoting her life to care for her family and home. She was a Christian and a member of the Living Water Full Gospel Ministry. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and aunt, and will be missed by all of her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl & Mary Watterly Williams.

Rita is survived by her husband, Matthew Brewer; three children, Carl Brewer, Brandon Brewer, and Elizabeth Brewer all of West Liberty, KY; five sisters and brothers, Vickie & Mike Staffan of Newark, OH, Brian & Eady Williams of Jasper, FL, Carla Peach of Springfield, OH, David Williams also of Springfield, OH, and Robert Watterly; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service 5 p.m., Monday, July 19, 2021 at the Potter Funeral Home, with Pastor Arpie Hampton officiating. Visitation from 3 - 5 p.m., Monday, July 19, 2021 at the funeral home.
