Polly Ann (Ritchie) Easterling

Polly Ann Ritchie Easterling of West Liberty, KY, passed away Friday, January 12, 2024, at her residence, after an extended illness.  She was born Monday, April 2, 1934 at Routy, KY, daughter of the late Ezekiel & Rachel Jones Ritchie.

Polly was united in marriage to Billy Hobert Easterling.  This union was blessed with five children, Deborah, Danita, Sheri, Randy & Verlen.  She was a homemaker, devoting her life to care for her family & her home.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, and sister, and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ezekiel & Rachel Ritchie; her husband, Billy Hobert Easterling; two sons, Randy Dale & Verlen Easterling; her siblings, Ada Lue McAdams (Paul), Barter Ritchie, JB Ritchie (Amy), Vergil Ritchie (Meg), Otis Ritchie (Lulee), Earl C. Ritchie, and Kennith Ritchie; and one brother-in-law, Jimmie Rice.

She is survived by three daughters, Deborah Webb (Steve) of Belfrey, KY, Danita Sanchez (John) of West Liberty, KY, and Sheri Clark (Matthew) of Martin County, KY; seven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and her siblings, Mildred Rice of Lexington, KY, Edmond Ritchie (Doreen) of Ashtabula, OH, Charles Ritchie (Faye) of Louisville, KY, and Donny Ray Ritchie of Kentucky.

Funeral service 1 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2024 at the Potter Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Cassity Cemetery, Blairs Mill, KY.  Visitation from 12 -1 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2024 at the funeral home. 

Pallbearers:  Johnny Sanchez, Ronnie Webb, Billy Petrucci, Andy Petrucci, Ricky Keeton, and Robbie Howard.
