Mildred (Gibson) Sparks

Mildred G. Sparks of West Liberty, KY, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2024, at her residence, at the age of 71 years, 6 months, & 8 days.  She was born Saturday, August 23, 1952 at Salyersville, KY, daughter of Edgar & Alkie Gibson.

Mildred was a retired Caregiver.  She was a loving mother and grandmother, and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar & Alkie Gibson and her siblings.

She is survived by two children, Quillen Shepherd, Jr (Jo Ellen Berry) of West Liberty, KY and Aulda Marie Risner (Jackie Neil) of Salyersville, KY; and five grandchildren, Mason Dean Berry, Michael Allen Cooper, Jennifer Lynn Cooper, Brandon Wayne Durham, and Ashley Nicole Brown.

Per her wishes, no services will be scheduled.
