Michael Wright Obituary

Michael Ray Wright of West Liberty, KY, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at his residence, at the age of 35 years, 6 months, and 3 days. He was born Saturday, September 22, 1984 at Paintsville, KY, son of Jimmy Darrell Wright and the late Connie Sue Doolin Wright.

Michael was self-employed as a farmer and a lawn care worker. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, and uncle. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his mother, Connie Sue Wright, he was preceded in death by two brothers & one sister, Bruce Lee Wright, Kenneth Ray Wright, and Kim Ann Wright; and his two grandfathers.

He is survived by his father, Jimmy Darrell Wright of Morehead, KY; two sisters, Gracie Sue Wright of Whittensville, KY and Becky Jean Wright of Morehead, KY; one niece, Alyssa Wright; two nephews, Matthew Wright & Chase Wright; and his grandmothers, Gracie Keeton Doolin & Geneva Kimbler.

Due to the COVID-19 requirements set forth by Governor Andy Beshear, a private graveside service for the immediate family, will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 28, 2020 at the Keeton & Hill Cemetery, West Liberty, KY, with Bro. James Doolin officiating.

Pallbearers: Dougie Cantrell, Buck Blanton, Johnny Dulin, Marvin Miller, Rick Keeton, and Brian Keeton.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations be made to help with funeral expenses to: Potter Funeral Home, 329 Glenn Ave., West Liberty, KY 41472.
