Louise Jones

Louise Jones of West Liberty, KY, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2020 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, KY, at the age of 93 years, 7 months, and 21 days. She was born Friday, July 9, 1926 at Combs, KY, daughter of the late Willie & Ada Ratliff Vance.

Louise was united in marriage to Robert Jones. She was a retired factory seamstress and was a Christian and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church. She was a loving sister and aunt, and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jones; and her son, Willis Ferguson.

She is survived by her sister, Lena Evans of West Liberty, KY; a special niece, Sandy & Frankie Keeton of West Liberty, KY; special great niece, Heather & Cheyenne Hamilton of Lexington, KY; and several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service 2 p.m., Friday, March 6, 2020 at the New Hope Baptist Church, with Bro. Travis Drake and Bro. Jr. Hager officiating. Burial to follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery, Stacy Fork, West Liberty, KY. Visitation 6 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2020.

Pallbearers: Thurston Vance, Donnie Vance, Dorn Vance, David Vance, Cheyenne Hamilton, and Wally Hager.
