Larry Daniel Adams of West Liberty, KY, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at his residence, at the age of 68 years, 8 months, and 24 days. He was born Friday, June 1, 1951 at Caney, KY, son of the late James Daniel & Rosetti Craft Adams.
Larry was an art teacher at the Morgan County High School 27 years, until his retirement. He served as constable for several years, and was also was a musician, having his own band. He was a loving brother, uncle, and friend, and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Daniel & Rosetti Adams.
Larry is survived by two sisters, Janis Mitchell and Sharon Sparks both of West Liberty, KY; four nephews, Ricky & Jeanna Stamper of West Liberty, KY, Jimmy Sparks of West Liberty, KY, Wade & Rhonda Sparks of Mt. Sterling, KY, and Mike & Belinda Sparks of West Liberty, KY; four great nephews & nieces, Andrew & Nicole Sparks of FL, Adam Sparks of FL, Kayla & Josh Taylor of Middletown, OH, and Cheyenne Stamper of Lexington, KY; and a special friend, Sharon Dye of West Liberty, KY.
Funeral service 1 p.m., Thursday, February 27, 2020 at the Potter Funeral Home, with Bro. Harry Frisby officiating. Burial to follow in the Memory Hill Cemetery, Caney, KY. Visitation from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., Thursday, February 27, 2020 at the funeral home.
