John Duffy Litteral

John Duffy Litteral of West Liberty, KY, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022 at his residence, at the age of 75 years, 6 months, and 15 days. He was born Monday, December 30, 1946, at Mount Sterling, KY, son of the late John Frank & Nelda Cox Litteral.

John was united in marriage to Carolyn Sue DeHart. This union was blessed with two sons, John Darren & Gregory Scott. He was a retired assembly line worker from General Motors. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Frank & Nelda Cox Litteral; and one sister-in-law, Judy Smallwood Litteral.

John Duffy is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Litteral; his two sons, John Darren Litteral (Lisa) of Alexandria, KY and Gregory Scott Litteral (Regina) of Burlington, KY; two grandsons, Andrew Tyler Litteral and Timothy Austin Litteral; four brothers, Eddie Litteral of Versailles, KY, Kenneth Litteral (Brenda) of Lexington, KY, Mark Litteral (Darlene) of Somerset, KY, and Jeffrey Litteral also of Somerset, KY; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Potter Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
