John Henry Keeton

John Henry Keeton of West Liberty, KY, passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at his residence, at the age of 81 years, 4 months, & 14 days.  He was born Friday, January 22, 1943, son of Clint & Ruby Ball Keeton.

He was united in marriage to Freda Blevins, this union was blessed with three children, Sandi, Toni, and Steve.  He was a retired truck driver, a Christian, and of the Pentecostal faith.  He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clint and Ruby Keeton; one grandchild, Kristen Lynn Keeton; five brothers, Mont Ball, Goble Keeton, Noble Keeton, Lowell Keeton, and Ova Keeton; and one sister, Garney Hixon.

He is survived by his wife, Freda Keeton; two daughters, Sandi Stephens and Toni Caskey both of West Liberty, KY; one son, Steve Keeton (Sherry) of West Liberty, KY; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

Private family services will be conducted, with Pastor Ken Keeton officiating.  Burial to follow in the John H. Keeton Cemetery, West Liberty, KY.  Potter Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers:  Brady Lewis, Shane Smith, Chad Caskey, Tim Law, Eugene Blevins, Mike Botkins, Jack Keeton, Noble Keeton, Jr., and Rueben Wright.
