Jeanette Gwendolyn (Peck) Stacy

Jeanette Gwendolyn Stacy of West Liberty, KY, passed away Monday, February 28, 2022 at her residence, at the age of 93 years, 4 months, and 24 days. She was born Thursday, October 4, 1928, in Powhatan, OH, daughter of the late Monroe & Margaret West Peck.

Jeanette was a retired Lunchroom Supervisor for Wells Hill Elementary. She was a Christian and a faithful member of the Index Community Church for over 60 years. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, and sister. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Odas Henry; her second husband, Earl Stacy; one son, Tommy Henry; and one daughter, Nena Hill.

Jeanette is survived by two daughters, Nora Henry of West Liberty, KY and Frankie Cain (Mike) of Berea, KY; three grandchildren, Brandon Henry of West Liberty, KY, Jeff Peck of Auxier, KY, and Andrea Henry of NC; several great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; two sisters, Mary Lou Deaton (Dee) of Dayton, OH and Nora Nichols of Hannibal, OH; one brother, Butch Peck of TN; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service 1 p.m., Friday, March 4, 2022 at the Index Community Church, with Rev. Mike Frisby & Rev. James Allen officiating. Burial to follow in the Earl Stacy Cemetery, Hwy 705, West Liberty, KY. Visitation from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., Friday, March 4, 2022 at the Index Community Church.
