Gale Allen Lemaster

Gale Allen Lemaster of West Liberty, KY, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV, at the age of 65 years, 6 months, 1 day. He was born Thursday, August 23, 1956, in Moon, KY, son of the late William Spencer Lemaster & Beatrice Trusty Lemaster.

Gale was a retired farmer. He was a Christian and a member of the Open Fork United Baptist Church. He will be remembered as a loving brother, uncle, and friend. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Vicki Lynn Purdue Lemaster; one brother, Dennis Lemaster; one nephew, Tim Lemaster; and one niece, Helen Hill.

Gale is survived by one brother, Jimmy Lemaster of Fairborn, OH; two sisters, Nannie Hill of West Liberty, KY and Phyllis Skaggs of Fairborn, OH; three nieces, Sheila Jones, Cindy Schaour, and Crystal Crissler all of Fairborn, OH; two nephews, Craig Hill (Cassie) of West Liberty, KY and Michael Lemaster of Flat Gap, KY; and his good friends, Brenda & Laymen Williams and Stacey & Matthew Perry all of West Liberty, KY.

Funeral Service 1 p.m., Monday, February 28, 2022 at Potter Funeral Home, with Elder Joey Ferguson officiating. Burial to follow in the Anthony Ison Cemetery, Hwy 1715, West Liberty, KY. Visitation from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Monday, February 28, 2022 at the funeral home.
