Donna Faye Vance of Dayton, OH, passed away Monday, November 3, 2025, at her residence, at the age of 84 years, 2 months, and 29 days. She was born Tuesday, August 5, 1941, at Licking River, KY, daughter of Elmer & Irene Fugate Collinsworth.
Donna was united in marriage to Charles Vance. This union was blessed with four sons. She was a homemaker, devoting her life to care for her family. She was a born-again Christian and was a member of the World Wide Church of God.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer & Irene Collinsworth; her husband, Charles Vance, Sr.; one son, Keith Vance (Vickie); and one brother, Billy Collinsworth (Fern).
She is survived by three sons, Charles Jr. Vance (Sonja) of Sardina, OH, Scotty Lee Vance (Carolyn) of Eaton, OH, and Danny Ray Vance of Dayton, OH; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; one brother, Russell Collinsworth (Billie Jean) of West Liberty, KY; and several nieces and nephews.
Donna will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral service 1 p.m., Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Potter Funeral Home, with Bro. Gary Evans officiating. Burial to follow in the Vance Fork Cemetery, West Liberty, KY. Visitation from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the funeral home.
