Diane Lynn Lewis

Diane Lynn Lewis of West Liberty, KY, passed away Friday, October 17, 2025, at her residence, at the age of 71 years, 3 months, & 14 days.  She was born Saturday, July 3, 1954, at Middletown, OH, daughter of David Lewis & Elizabeth Avenelle Bishop Combs.

Diane was a retired Home Health Nurse Aide formerly working for ARH.            

She was preceded in death by her parents, David Lewis and Elizabeth Avenelle Combs and two brothers, Daniel Lewis and Haran Lewis.

Diane is survived by her daughter, Jamie White Hundley; three grandsons, Liam Rosselot, Wade Hundley, and James Hundley; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Diane will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Graveside service 1 p.m., Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at W.H. Lewis Cemetery, Blaze, KY.

Pallbearers:  Liam Rosselot, Wade Hundley, James Hundley, Eddie Beasley, and Denny Beasley.
