Denzil H. Chambers, Jr.

Denzil H. Chambers, Jr. of West Liberty, KY, passed away Monday, June 10, 2024, at his residence, at the age of 68 years & 17 days.  He was born Thursday, May 24, 1956, son of Denzil H., Sr. & Malvrie Christine Hoskins Chambers.

He was united in marriage to Anna Faye Lewis.  This union was blessed with one son, Christopher Warren.  He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and later was a construction worker, working with concrete.  He was a loving husband, grandfather, and brother and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Denzil H. Sr. & Malvrie Christine Chambers; his son, Christopher Warren Chambers; and one brother, Timothy Wayne Chambers.

He is survived by his loving wife, Anna Faye Chambers; five adopted daughters, Jasmine Chambers, Brittany Chambers, Amber Chambers, Shyanna Chambers, and Whitney Chambers; five grandchildren, Hayden Henderson, Warren Chambers, Pazlee Caskey, Teagan Caskey, and Christopher Chambers; six brothers & sisters, Kenneth Chambers (Sandy), Michael Chambers (Cynthia), Shane Trent all of Campton, KY, Tonia Goldsberry of Dayton, OH, Brian Chambers (Heather) of Nicholasville, KY, and Cynthia Chambers of Lexington, KY; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service 1 p.m., Friday, June 14, 2024 at the Potter Funeral Home, with Bro. Adam Lewis officiating.  Burial to follow in the Lewis Cemetery, at Right Fork & Upper Pleasant Run RD, West Liberty, KY, with the Morgan Co. DAV to conduct military rites.  Visitation from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Friday, June 14, 2024 at the funeral home.
