Danny Logan Stevens

Danny Logan Stevens of West Liberty, KY, passed away Monday, February 26, 2024, at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, KY, at the age of 71 years & 15 days.  He was born Wednesday, February 11, 1953 at Shelbyville, KY, son of John & Viola Ison Stevens.

Danny was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator.  He was a loving father, grandfather, and brother, and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Viola Stevens and one sister, JoAnn Cox.

He is survived by two children, Shannon Stevens of West Liberty, KY and Amy Stevens of Morehead, KY; one grandson, Justin Berg; three sisters and two brothers, Sue Fannin, Mona Stamper (H.C.), Betty Luke, Hershell Stevens, and Michael Ray Stevens all of West Liberty, KY; and his special dog, Patch.

Graveside service 2 p.m. Thursday, February 29, 2024 at the West Liberty Memorial Gardens, with Bro. Hunter Fraley officiating.  Burial to follow.  Visitation from 12 – 1:45 p.m., Thursday, February 29, 2024 at the Potter Funeral Home. 

Pallbearers:  Shannon Stevens, Justin Berg, Mike Stevens, Hershell Stevens, Scotty Stevens, and Dale Crouch.
