Colleen (Holliday) Bolin

Colleen Holliday Bolin of West Liberty, KY, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at the Life Care Center, Morehead, KY, at the age of 73 years, 8 months, and 2 days. She was born Wednesday, September 4, 1946 at White Oak, KY, daughter of the late Arnold & Nora McCarty Holliday.

Colleen was a retired cosmetologist and school bus driver. She was a Christian and a member of the Faith Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister, and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Hurley Millard Boyd; one daughter and son-in-law, Melissa Colleen Boyd Adams & Robert Gene Adams, Jr.

She is survived by two daughters, Mary Clay Lykins of West Liberty, KY and Elizabeth Ann “Libby” Lykins of Paducah, KY; four grandchildren, Stephan Christopher Adams, Robyn Madison Adams, Eli Haney all of Morehead, KY, and Wesley Pennington of West Liberty, KY; one great grandchild, Keegan Haney; one brother & sister-in-law, Darrell & Shirley Holliday of West Liberty, KY.

Due to the COVID-19 requirements set forth by Governor Andy Beshear, a private graveside service for the immediate family, will be held Saturday, May 9, 2020 at the Holliday Cemetery, White Oak, KY.
