Charley Dean Hall of Sadieville, KY formerly of Ezel, KY, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Rockcastle Regional Hospital, Mt. Vernon, KY, at the age of 41 years, 4 months, and 28 days. He was born Sunday, May 10, 1981, in Morehead, KY, son of Rodney Dean Hall and Charlotte Shockey Hall.
Charley was a child of God, a warrior for Christ and his name written in the Lambs Book of Life. A very brilliant mind, Charley was very artistic and musical inclined, loved to play the banjo, dance, very athletic and loved making people laugh and will be remembered as a loyal and very humble person, a loving father, son, and brother. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Charley was preceded in death by the mother of his child, Cassie Mone’t Chaney.
He is survived by his son Charley Dylan Hall, West Liberty, KY; his father, Rodney Hall, Ezel, KY, his mom, Charlotte Shockey Hall, Sadieville, KY, brothers and sisters, Dwayne Shockey and Stephanie, Morehead, KY, Kelley Dawn Hall, Lexington, KY, Holley Ann Allen and Ty, Ashland, KY, John Ezekiel (Zeke) Hall, Sadieville,KY and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends
. Funeral services 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2022 at the Potter Funeral Home Chapel with his siblings presiding along with other family and friends that wishes to share their memories. Burial will follow in the Hall Family Cemetery, Ezel, KY. Visitation, Wednesday after 6:00.
Pallbearers: Shockey - Zeke – Dustin Hoskins (Big D) – Josh Cornett (Weasel) – Ernie Hollon – David Tate (Tator Tot) – Dustin Kemplin – Ryan Sageser.
Honorary Pallbearers: Charley Dylan Hall – Rodney Hall – Ty Allen – Jason Conn (J Conn) - Glenn Ross – and all his many friends.
