Billie Gullett Obituary
Billie Gullett of Lower Sand Lick Road, West Liberty, KY, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019 at his residence at the age of 77 years, 4 months, & 21 days. He was born Thursday, May 7, 1942 at Win, KY in Johnson County, son of the late Christie and Alka Pennington Gullett.
Billie was a member of the Oil Springs United Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Edna Faye Wright, Lucy Gullett and Mandy Gullett were infants; Three brothers, Edgar Cantrell, Sonny Gullett, and Charlie Gullett, one brother-in-law, Winford Jones and a sister-in-law, Charlene Cantrell.
Survivors include one sister, Armintie Jones, two sisters-in-law, Phyllis Price and Christine Gullett. One brother-in-law, Leroy Wright and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.
Billie will be missed by all his family and friends , but we feel our loss is heavens gain.
Funeral service 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 2; 2019 at the Potter Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Sammy Reed and Elder Dan Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Jones and Gullett Cemetery, Hwy 1260, West Liberty, KY. Visitation after 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Potter Funeral Home.
Pallbearers: Mike McPherson, Douglas Gullett, Leroy Wright, Jamie Wright, Jerry Gullett, Johnny Cantrell, Jimmy Cantrell, Artie Cantrell.
