Barry Travis Clevenger

Barry Travis Clevenger of West Liberty, KY, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022 at U.K. Medical Center, Lexington, KY, at the age of 67 years, 11 months, and 6 days.  He was born Wednesday, April 14, 1954, in West Liberty, KY, son of Alpha Stevens Clevenger and the late Hassan Clevenger.

He was a retired Stone Carver for a monument company.  He was a loving son, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.  He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his father, Hassan Clevenger, he was preceded in death by his son, Travis Grant Clevenger; and one brother, Gerald Clevenger.

He is survived by his mother, Alpha Clevenger of West Liberty, KY; three daughters, Sarah Clevenger of Royalton, KY, Laura Smith (Wayne) of Georgetown, KY, and Katherine Clevenger of Royalton, KY; four grandchildren, Julia Collinsworth, William Collinsworth, Greer Smith, and Maisie Smith; one sister, Joy Gevedon (Dale) of West Liberty, KY; one brother, Dempsey Clevenger (Rosie) of West Liberty, KY; one niece and one nephew, Jade Gevedon and Jared Gevedon both of West Liberty, KY.

Funeral Service 1 p.m., Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the Potter Funeral Home, with Bro. Mike Frisby officiating.  Burial to follow in the Langley Click Cemetery, Sandy Hook, KY.  Visitation from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the funeral home.
