Arlene Walton Obituary

Arlene Adkins Walton of Ezel, KY, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020 at her residence, at the age of 80 years, 1 month, and 14 days. She was born Monday, February 5, 1940 at Mansfield, OH, daughter of the late Clifford & Elizabeth Elliott Adkins.

Arlene was united in marriage to Billy Walton. This union was blessed with two children, Rocky & Shane. She was a homemaker, devoting her life to care for her family and her home. She was a Christian and a member of the Pine Grove Community Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Walton; six brothers, and two sisters.

She is survived by two children, Rocky Walton & wife, Chris of Mt. Sterling, KY, and Shane Berry & husband, John of Wellington, KY; two grandchildren, Jennifer Walton of West Liberty, KY and Angela Collier of Midway, TX; and two great grandchildren, William Walton and Tyler Collier.

Private Graveside Service for the immediate family, 2 p.m., Sunday, March 22, 2020 at the Walton Family Cemetery, Ezel, KY, with Rev. Aaron Brooks officiating. A public memorial service will be held at a later date after restrictions are lifted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial donations be made to the Pine Grove Community Church.
